ElAttrache has operated on a number of athletes, including reconstructing the knee of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in 2008. He is the team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers and orthopedic consultant to the Anaheim Ducks, the St. Louis Rams, the PGA Tour, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings.
